HISTORY OF INNOVATIVE TOOLING SOLUTIONS

Micro-Weld Technologies was established in 1999 in a 28' x 32' garage, with only one employee. The company quickly built a reputation as the "go-to" source for microscopic welding.

In 2001 the first laser welder was added to offer superior welding capabilities for mold and die repair.

In 2005 the company moved into a 6000sq/ft facility and added several machining centers and EDM equipment to broaden the available services for molds. Additional equipment and great working relationships with customers, allowed the company to grow and flourish. By 2019 another expansion was needed.

In April 2020 Micro-Weld Technologies moved into the current 18,000sq/ft facility. Along with the move in 2020, the company went through a name change to rebrand itself from a tool repair company to a state of the art mold building facility. Innovative Tooling Solutions is located at 480 Corporate Drive, Springfield KY.
